The Colonel William Candler Chapter, NSDAR:
Celebrating 100 years of Chapter History!

From its beginning in 1914, the Colonel William Candler Chapter, NSDAR, has been an active participant in Hall Country events, sponsoring essay contests in the local schools, promoting Constitution Week and Georgia Day, awarding ROTC medals to four high schools and a university, honoring youth for outstanding citizenship qualities, and recognizing outstanding teachers and community service volunteers. The Chapter also supports DAR schools, veteran patients, active duty military through Project Patriot, and many other worthy projects.
